former building like TV reported...maybe a higher building will B up soon; it helps the stimulus package a little

The Mandarin Hotel was expected to open this year. I guess that it'll now take some more time. Btw, this building was empty for at least two, if not more years. It wasn't a totally new building.

That would be justified if they are the cause of this fire. This is the reason why firework displays are prohibited over here, except under the guidance of experts.

Painting and carpeting material stored in this building?  As I said, it was planned to be opened as the Mandarin Beijing Hotel this summer.
