Anger = An emotion
It is ok to be angry = it is ok to experience such an emotion
How to express an emotion like anger is a different story
You can yell, scream, shout, kick, punch, bite, chop, cut, etc...
You can assert yourself calmly, forcefully, logically, firmly, non-violently, non-abusively, positively, etc....
An iron fist in a velvet glove! :)
