It is not easy to come up with smooth translation. Just a couple of notes:
1. "investors sustained ... net inflows": investors invested more money in than what they took out of these mutual funds.
2. "Asian invested mutual funds": I think the author was a little careless, and misused the word "Asian", thus leading littleboat to misinterprete the sentence. "Asia" would be better here, and of course, it means the mutual funds with asset mainly invested in Asia.

谢谢lateblue。

You are welcome. I think the key here is the word "invested" rather than "investment". The past participle "invested" used to modify "mutual fund" is in a way the short hand form for clause with passive voice. In other words, the phrase can be considered as a short hand for "mutual fund that is invested...". Then the next question is whether Asian means "by Asian" or "in Asia". If the meaning is "by Asian", then the sentence would be better off with something like "Asian managed...". Therefore, the funds are actually being invested in Asia rather than Asian doing the investment.

On a second thought, you could be right to certain extent here. I was initially thinking of where the capitals of the mutual fund are invested. However, it is possible that they are referring to where the capitals of the mutual fund came from rather than where the funds go to. In other words, these mutual funds attracts capital from Asian investors. It is a little strange that the authors did not make it more clear that the "investors" he or she talked about is actually Asian investors. I guess the context should make it clear. By the way, "offshore mutual funds" typically refer to mutual funds operated outside of US (if the author is an American), but could very well be managed by American companies.

上下文:

As we enter 2009, investors had sustained a five week period of net inflows to offshore Asian invested mutual funds. Asian stock markets excluding Japan have out-performed global market indexes by some 10 percentage points since the lows that were achieved last October. This perhaps is early evidence that there is interest in a reallocation to Asian markets that could be sustained through 2009, assuming that some evidence that the global slowdown is contained emerges through the first three months of the year.
