. . . Company X, its predecessors, successors, partners, joint venturers, affiliates, parent companies, related corporations or companies, subsidiaries, divisions, assigns, Board members, officers, employees, agents, servants. . .

successors译成“继任者”没问题,但predecessors译成什么呢,前任者?

I guess the servants here may refer to temperarily-hired workers or something of the sort, as in contrast with (permanent) employees

In this sentence, it may be safe to translate "employees" and "servants" vaguely as "职员"  and "雇工", respectively.

for reference only

前身不错,我一开始想要个三个字的,想与继任者对仗地工整一些。

有关servant,linjian答对了,就是雇员,详见www.law.com

predecessors - an organisation which came before the current one.
servants - anybody or organisation that has or does services for the organisation.

Just looking at this its probably a legal document which trying to say "anyone with any legal connection with the organisation" in legal terms when defining something one would not stop at saying something is either "Black" or "White" - one frequently would say "It is not green, blue, yellow, it does not have the main colour as black with a bit of another colour..." as well, and this is why the sentences go on forever !
