You never known Chinese history of foreign philosophy, of where many emperrors marry their daughters to the neighboring tribes, which then integrated into greater Chinese nation. This kind of sacrificing own's family members to attain greater goal of peace is strange within European powers, which maybe you've never heard of....

Northwest, you're showing your utter ignorance again.

The husband of HM Queen Elizabeth II is Prince Philip of Greece.
The wife of the future Danish King is from Australia.
The Danish Prince Consort (husband of the Queen of Denmark) was born in Franceand speaks 5 languages including Chinese and Vietnamese.
The Spanish Queen Sofia is from Greece, her brother is the former king Constantine II of Greece.
Queen Sofía is both a great-great-granddaughter of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom, she is a second cousin to Charles, the Prince of Wales. Through Christian IX of Denmark and Queen Victoria, she is also related to Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom. She is also a first cousin once removed of Queen Elizabeth II's husband, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.

The European royals have been "sacrificing" their own family members for centuries and yet retain separate sovereignty.
Sadly you seem to be very uneducated about these things.

North,

The Yuan dynasty are Mongols whose right to rule China comes from the conquest of Genghis and Kublai did so by his authority as khan, it was only later that he also assumed the title Emperor.

(This is much the same as the issue with British Queen: she rules England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland by sitting on each throne in turn and rules various overseas areas through her Britannic, not her elementary, title. Each of these kingdoms is actually independent in terms of authority but their thrones are inhabited by one and the same person. Another example is interlocking boards: if the same board sits at the head of two enterprises, they do not become the same enterprise. Kublai Khan ruled TBT as Khan, not as Emperor. It's a subtle difference, but it makes all the difference in the world.)

The status of Qing territories is no different than of Portuguese overseas territories: they were and are colonies regardless of how long they have been under the authority of the ruling party. Portugal actually had stronger claims on chunks of Africa and South America than China has on TBT, much stronger. Moreover, loyalty to the Qing emperor is not the same as loyalty to China itself and the dissolution of the imperial house nullifies that agreement and was taken to by TBTan authorities immediately when the emperor was deposed.

I'm not here arguing the whethers of TBTs current status, merely that your historical narrative doesn't stack up.

German Map makers .

The Germans are historically adept and creative in crafting maps . Remember how Hitler  incorporated Poland , and then the rest of Europe ( and almost Russia ) into their Aryan maps ?  Take this as a joke please . It is not worth the anger and the angst . If they can change Twn at the behest of internet users protesting , who knows what would be offered tomorrow . Madam Merkel is a Court Jester .

From your emphasize on Yuan, Qing etc etc, you chose to ignore one important fact, that Tbetan leader accepted and pledge loyalty toward the central government since Yuan era, this continued through Qing, Ming, Nationalist government, even until under PRC in 1950s. The central governmmet need not to send army to Tbet, because it's an autonomous region under rule of the central government and every ruler got the legitimization to rule after it's allegiance of loyalty.

This happened until 1950s, when C1A instigate the young DL to break up from the central government.
