A: I guess you heard, Ricky is mental ill. Like we didn't know already, but it's been confirmed.
B: You shouldn't spread rumors like that Jack.

我想问问以上情景对话中的 Like we didn't know already 何解? 是不是“貌似我们之前不知道”?从这句话中可以读出说话者什么态度?

a: 我猜你也听说了,ricky脑子又问题。好像我们以前不知道,可是现在证实了。
b: jack, 你不能这样散布流言。

This is a somewhat informal way of speaking. The word "like" is sometimes used instead of the words "as if".
The intent of this type of sentence is sometimes meant to be ironic or sarcastic, because the information provided is obvious or already known. Example:

In a class where the professor always assigns homework...

"As if we didn't know already, the professor assigned more homework today".
"Like we didn't know already, the professor assigned more homework today".

In the second sentence, the inference is that Jack is the person who said the first sentence. It is also saying that Jack makes it seem that Ricky really is mentally ill by saying it was confirmed, but he was just repeating the rumors that everyone else had heard.
The second speaker is saying that Jack should not pass on rumors, by trying to make it seem to be a fact by this method. (by saying its been confirmed).
