Australia is one of the most racist countries in the world they look down on all foreigners, speak a form of English which is barely understandable to anyone else, the country is nice but pretty boring when compared to Europe but its cheap.
When I say racist I have been there many times and would not recommend it to a Chinese student.
England on the other hand is more open and friendly, most people will assume you are English until you open your mouth Chinese food is easily available and you will learn by far the easiest , clearest form of English possible.
If you want to earn some money while studying there are plenty of places that will employ you even if your English is not so good.
England is far better.

I think if you are going abroad to study, I will choose America. America is a good country that can provide us a
environment for studying English. For the past time, I would like to choose Europe, because as I know, Europe
is a good place to live ,and there are many developped small countris like socialist state ,
and their life of level is much more higher than it of our country, but after I had stayed in Europe and found few
of European countries people can speak English well, most of them had their own languages, and even in some
intenational cities, the public signs also use their own language.
Honestly speaking, Europe is a good place for a living. No wonder so many countrymen like some officials
wouldn't come back after they went out there.

First, North America,such as Canada,American;

Second, some Europe countries,Norway,Greece,Sweden,Russia and so on.

Who in their right mind would want to study in "Norway,Greece,Sweden,Russia", Russia in particular as it is mind blowingly expensive and only marginally more friendly than N Korea!
In England you will learn to speak proper English clearly, the whole world will respect you for your clarity and it is a great place for Chinese people.

Good choice - you will find a lot of support outside study time, getting part time work is easy if you need it, Chinese food is available and nobody will worry about you being Chinese as there are hundreds of thousands of Chinese living in England.

You will be very welcome

the netherlands

I am glad to read that someone actually put down The Netherlands.
I don't know anything about Australia so I won't comment on that but I do know the USA is the most expensive place to study.
All the people in the USA are able to study because of scholarships.
The UK is quite expensive too but not as expensive as the USA. It depends where you want to study, England for example is more
expensive than Wales and Scotland. Next to that you can lend money (allmost everyone does) to pay for uni.
And some of you are right about Spain and France, that there are only a few who actually know good english.
I do have to disagree about the Netherlands though. There are so many students from aboad, especially in Amsterdam and
Rotterdam. About 60% of the people who live here arn't even originally dutch. There are so many studies completely given in English.
There are even studies in english we don't have in dutch. There also are enough Chinese restaurants around and a lot of chinese
people for that matter. So don't dismiss it just yet, you might be surprised.

All  ...

The Netherlands is a much understated place - I have been shocked how good the English is, my first impression is that they speak better than the American's do, its cheaper and the food is better.
For Places to study I would put it before America, a lot of people do not realise that the quality of English there is usually a clear proper British English without the confusing American accent and the people are wonderfully cultured and friendly.
