The first thing we should do is to accept who and what we are in our natural state........
Some people are naturally thin.
Others are naturally built heavy.
What we are is a function of genetics..... Genetics can keep some people thin no matter what they eat while the rest of us can easily get fat no matter what we eat....

So the goal is to be what you are without the extra fat.... The solution is simple physics.....

If your input (food) equals your output(work or exercise)  you will keep a weight that is normal for you........

If your input(food) exceeds your output (work or exercise) you will get fat.

If your input (food) is less than your output (work or exercise) you will loose weight.....

Simple.
