standard stature...

so, no need to worry for the weight...

maybe take more exercise is a good choice to lose weight...

You gained some muscle ? If that's true, I would be jealous of you .....  But I doubt that fat could be called muscle.....

you need to eat more (of course) but you have to eat healthily. what i did is cut down on big meals and a lot of small meals through out the whole day. No junk food, low calories, high protein.. a lot of chicken and fish and beef. alot of vegetables and fruit no junk food. also protein shakes inbetween meals. you know gaining fat isn't a bad thing for us because we have a slim figure.. gaining fat is good because you can convert it into muscle.


...and of course you need to go to the gym and do resistance training. like weights benchpress, barbell rolls, dumbell press, dips, squats.. dont do cardio stuff like running/jogging it doesnt help you gain weight only loss weight.
