Having been to Beijing, I'd sincerely hope that the Gov't continues their "blue skies'"policy for Beijingers, not just for the athletes......if not, a travesty! Progress doesn't stop just because nobody's looking. Progress marches on despite adversity because progress recycles adversity into opportunity. TM, I just made that one up, but it's still applicable!
