Vitamins are good for health as well supply energy!

Calcium is good for bones esp. ladies to avoid osteoporeosis(weak bones)in old age....

How frequent you take them???

Daily???

Twice weekly??

None...I get all the essentials from natural sources!...supplements are supplements...when you are not getting enough...or for medical reasons ...can not get enough...only then...you need supplements.

Is more the better?...not in my book!

Enough is the best?...that's my belief!   

How do you know when is enough?....the answer would cost you an arm and a leg!:)

the answer is quite simple!!!

listen to your body & it will tell the sign......

Ladies shld take calcium as they deliver babies which is a heavy duty job...

for me, i listen when my tummy demands for much food, so i pep up with B complex....

if cold is coming, i take big dosage of Vit. C.......so the cold is avoided

Seneca told me when you hv to go toilet often, it is enough
