Yes, ignoring Mengzhi is something we can agree on.
"Justice prevails... evil justice."

Baloney

A nonsense thread as usual.

Only incurable lepers would congregate here to concoct such nonsense.

In 1820, China's GDP was 33 percent of the entire world.  Its finances were drained as a result of the Opium Trade which led to the 1840 Opium War.

The Opium trade was started and consummated by British Jews.

If a state with 33 percent of the world's GDP could be regarded as a developing nation, the only thing wrong would be the criteria of the classification system.

Time to return those masturbing fingers to your greasy and dirty pockets.

MW,

China has been a developing nation since 1820. That has not changed. The US has been a developed country since around 1750 at least, that has not changed. Britain has been a developed country since sometime around 1600, that has not changed. And so on.

Shove the rhetoric, there are no extra steps in development.

Uh, what the hell? The U.S. a developed country since 1750, Britain since 1600? What have you been smoking and where can I get some?

Missed a Stage

There's actually a 4th stage that was left out.

Permanent Decline.

Quite a few of the western countries are in the first stages of it.  America tried to renew itself through "innovations."  But beyond the industrial revolution there really is not much left.  There is FRAUD, as in the Intenet bubble, and now the subprime and CDO bubbles bursting at about the same time.  What is characteristic is that the frauds keep getting bigger.  But beyond CDO it looks like there are not as many suckers.

See the most recent round, where the Western jerks and frauds are basically sidelined.  When Bush was visiting the Middle East in the last couple weeks, deals were cut by even Israel without getting America involved - that was how bad it got.

The American dollar went down 40% in the last 5 or 6 years.  It's going to lose another 90% of its present value before it is done.

If that is not a permanent decline, Stupid can make up another cute name for it.

A wounded animal is the fiercest.  Time to watch its claws carefully.

The Chinese government is now bent over backwards to accommodate its need to save face everywhere from North Korea to Iran.

That's why it accepted the Manhattan toilet from Bush with such a profusive display of gratitude.
