coz there's a "in" at the beginning of the phrase

i suppose there's something missing coz "in a small country east of here" aint a full sentence
it should be something like...
"whatcha gonna find" in a small country east of here is.....
or in a samll country east of here, blablabla....

no no no,that's not a simple phrase .
to answer this question , there is no need to get a related certificate first .
nevertheless , the one answer my question must surely know the exact meaning of the sentence above.
experiences tell me that it's not accurate or even wrong to translate literally or against sense .
moreover , i seek to use phrases or words precisely ( i am ashamed that others can easy find out some of my words are not precise even now ),thereby i come here in the hopes of getting a relible answer.
let English be my second language and cash be full filled  in my pocket.
