i would say, maneater or femme fatale!

ok the pic gets a LOL

but those terms have a sexual not business context. So
A riot is an ugly thing.... and I think it's just about time we had one.

Translated it means "Female Strong Person" isn't what she is? A woman can do most of the things a man can do so why not be successful in business. It has been happening for thousands of years. Not so uncommon.
We would just call her a "Successful Businesswoman".

Personally I don't think sex has anything to do with it. A woman gives up a lot to go into business. Some raise families but it is not always easy for them. They need a good man to give equal support that she would give a man. No difference.

If I had a successful woman as a girlfriend or wife and she made more money than me, it wouldn't bother me...... No big deal.

Iron Lady - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia- Iron Lady is a nickname that has frequently been used to describe female heads of ... This iron metaphor was most famously applied to Margaret Thatcher, ...
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_Lady

That is an English term, 铁娘子 in Chinese

I think 女强人 is less 'iron' than 铁娘子, but more typical than a 'successful woman' .
