The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index has almost doubled so far this year even after a major correction in the past month. Many experts from both home and abroad have joined the chorus of saying bubbles are building up in the market, citing the price-earning ratio of more than 50 compared to less than 20 in developed economies..

However, others argue that the mainland market is a rapid growing one and should not have a PE ratio equal to that in developed markets. China market should enjoy a premium.

Big bubble burst are not funny!

Real people get caught up in EXCESSIVE GREED, and suffer!
The economy also suffers from sudden LOST OF CONFIDENCE, and consumption is delayed!
Severe problems.
Don't allow too large a bubble and must teach the citizens RATIONAL INVESTMENT strategies!

There are bubbles but will stay until 2008

Actually, I think China has invested a lot in the domestic market. Until 2008, the economy will keep increasing under the government's control.

the stock market is inflated, and the message from the market sent to the production sector distorted, property index skyrocketed, all thanks to the blind speculation on chinese PE level.
