勘误:ravioli的包法接近饺子(捏合,而且是我这种外行人的捏合手法,包完了躺下来那种),不是接近馄饨,我之前说反了,原因是在一个菜谱上,看到将馄饨译成ravioli,当时还笑,觉得店东有点新意,但搞错了,反而留下了错误的印象。刚才一下想起几次吃ravioli的情景,那一个个小小的、塞满难吃的cheese的面口袋,软耷耷地躺在那儿,跟我捏的饺子出奇地相似,顿时认识到刚才说错了。望谅。

JL说得对,Ravioli 是意大利式饺子,我吃过这东东,里面全是奶油,难吃极了。

One man's meat is another man's poison.   I am sure the Italians don't agree.

Ravioli is an Italian word that has been adopted by English.  I hope jiaozi will one day have its place in the English vocabulary, too.  "Dumpling" is just too vague.

If  jiaozi is "dumpling",how to say "tangyuan" in English?Rice glue ball?
