That's so advanced a stature that I haven't reach yet. So some food is necessary .

Soup...good soup is always cooked for several hours.Elaborate work,especilally in the areas around Guangzhou.

BTW:What do you think of foreign soup?
Japan/Korean:  "da jiang tang"    I think soup in these countries is similar.The only flavor of this soup is salty,too salty.
Westen countries: such as some soup with cream or something.  I think it's not bad,but sometimes it's a little sticky.
Other countries:No comment.Never had it.
