My cell phone is not expensive but practical (It's heard that the production of such pattern mobile had expired). I bought it three years ago and it worked well though sometimes I slipped it onto the floor (marble stone). Last week , some water spilled and the charger broke. What I did is to pay only 20 yuan for a charger . I guessed whether my cell phone can be used in another three years or even longer....
Another day , another dollars!

Oh geez panda why did you have to go there?

I bet they know how to make 100 USD in a hurry

Now the panda is suggesting a rental of personal property to pay off the phone...

Temporary problem fixed... long term problem... you have to live with yourself for doing it...

..  these days I was very sad and there is nothing I can do about it...I have borrow my classmates 1000
yuan  to buy a now mobile phone(N73,3000 yuan)..And I only ...

I think you should learn a lesson from your lost mobile phone.
I don't know why you bought such an expensive mobile phone. I admit 3,000 yuan is not too much today, especially for  the rich. However, please do not forget you are still a student, you were spending the money you parents earned with their hard work. In China, we have a saying, Those who don't run the family will never know how expensive daily necessities are. I think it works on your case.
I always believe the more you earn, the more you have the right to spend. Don't take on more than you can cope with.

Maybe it works for some white - collars in such cities as Beijing and Shanghai.
I don't think average people in China can earn that much. It would probably so 10 years later or so.
In China, most people work 8 hours per day. if someone earn 100 usd (about 800 rmb) per day, which means s/he  ears 50 rmb/h. Generally, there are 21 work  days a month, 21 x 8h =168h, 50RMB/h x 168h= 8,400 RMB.(month salary)
8,400 X 12 =100,800 RMB (year salary)
According to the State Administration of Taxation of the People's Republic of China, there are 6,000,000 persons  who earn more than120,000 RMB per year before tax.
You know there are almost 1,400.000,000 people in China.
That mean there is only one person can earn more than 10,000 RMB per month in 233 people.
I don't know how much average Chinese people can earn per month.
