my try

没错。这是一个普遍说法。(common expression)

这真是梦想成真
梦想终于实现
等等。。(根据上下文不同而定)

I wonder if a Tv show in CCTV can be called "a dream come true"..sorry, it's off topic.

It's me again.

Therefore, it's not ok to say "It was a dream come true(for me) to have a lunch"

Thank you, but how to analyze "come true" according to grammar?

a dream come true 是一个名词。也许可以看成是 a dream-come-true吧。
http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/dream+come+true

是一个”梦想成真“的故事、经历?

come这里是become的意思

        used to mean `become'
        Come is sometimes used to mean `become'.
            After a few taps the cover came loose.
            Remember that some dreams come true.
            See entry at become.

but how to analyze "come true" according to grammar?

This question has come up before in another forum and the following was my explanation:

Compare "dream come true" with another commonly seen pattern: "something gone wrong". It came from the historical construction of "be + p.p." used with certain intransitive verbs to form the perfect tense, an archaic application rooted in Latin and Germanic origins, albeit still in practice in modern Romance and Germanic languages.

The pattern is retained only with certain verbs to express "the condition or state now attained rather than the action of reaching it" such as come, go, rise, set, fall, arrive, depart, grow. For example:

the sun is set;
our guests are gone;
Babylon is fallen;
the children are all grown up.

a dream come true = a dream [that is/was] come true
