thats just a myth.

There is an old saying, If you dont use it, you lose it.

If you dont exercise and use your body, you will die faster.

Exercise prevents alot of decease such as high blood pressure and heart failure, you tell me whether it is good for you or not.

My Tae Kwon Do grand master is 89 years old, but he is still strong as an ox, literally. I couldnt beat him in a fight.

And my old high school track and field instructor, is 78 years old, and he still can run the marathon, He is still in the best shape of his life.

walking...  I have to walk to work and get back home every day.

it is the other way round!!!

After jogging, your heart beat is reduced!!!

When i don't jog, my heart beat is much higher by about 10-15 beats!!!

Ideal would be ~60 beats per minutes!

Those athletes who died some are due to drugs/stimulants.

You must do some BRISK or FAST walking to exercise yr heart!!!

Then it counts.

Mine is 84   looks like I am in very bad conditions
