I have to do more exercise, as I am getting fat.

Well, Excercise....hmmm

Well, i make it a point to walk in "air condition comfort" in those large SHOPPING COMPLEXES, once a week!

ha ha ha

That's two kilometers of walking in MID VALLEY City, and probably another 1 km if i go to 1-UTAMA shopping complex!

ha ha ha

i can tell you some minutes of jogging improves LIFE very much

so whether vertical or horizonal activities are like a breeze!!!
