Olympic medals

I love them.... I think it's beautiful and unique like no other medals out there.  And most of all, it represents China's tradition and culture....P

i do feel it's an excellent design!
surely u guy neglect a basic point, right? the pattern on the obverse is designated by the Olympic Committee, so it's no business of the design. furthermore, could it be that only a pattern based on a symbol of Chinese culture that is able to reflect Chinese feature? obviously, it's a terrific way to use jade as a decorative element.:):)

Truth,  it looks like somebody got paid a lot of money for a little work.  The front looks pretty generic and the back is just a quicky art job.

You figure at least some Chinese characters would be on it...
