If you go on doing that kind of thing, you’ll ____ prison.
A. end up  B. end up with  C. end up in  D. end with
I look up in the dictionary, "end up in prison" is a phrase, but I wonder if "end up with" is right?

No, Holly

You end up in prison.  When you go to prison, you live in a prison.  So the preposition "in" is the correct one here.

If you were told by a judge (which is "sentenced"), that you must go to prison, then in English we could say that you ended up with a prison sentence.  A sentence is an order from a judge.

end up with

If you get most of these multiple-choice questions wrong, you'll end up with a D, but you won't end up in prison!
