由于供应商制度,为表示我们的诚意,我们同意在第一次试生意中,由IBM公司指定有资格的供应商代理。但我们要求,我们不直接和代理供应商直接谈判,所有谈判需要有IBM公司代表在场,以确保信息和财务的安全,代理仅限于财务关系;我们不向代理供应商提供任何人员、生意的信息,以保护我们公司的利益。

第一个试生意的软件人才结构我们是按杭州软件公司的人才需求制定的,高端的人才只是少数,经沟通了解IBM是需要高端的人才,我们根据公司的人才库的信息,制定了2007年提供200名人才的技术水平结构.详见表格:

Because of the supplier system, we agree that IBM appoints the supplier who has qualifications to act for IBM in our first tentative business contact in order to show our sincerity. The structure of software talents is designed according to the demand of talents of Hangzhou software companies, of which the number of engineers with high expertise is limited. Through our business talks with IBM, we learned that what IBM needs are engineers with high expertise. Based on the database which contains all the information about the talents in our company, we have made a table showing 200 talents’ level of technique for the year 2007.
