what's the big deal

Americans always live in the illusion that they have the most comprehensive protection of human rights. And we Chinese are often surprised that a civilian can confront  and question the President of USA directly. We of course never have the chance or any possibility to question even high rank officals in government. And what else? Birth control, abortion( this is even controversial in America), or some other cliche from the Amercian government's criticism. But the question is ? DO WE REALLY NEED TAKE CARE ABOUT THESE STUFF? Well, llet's say nowadays Chinese peopel are pretty clear what they want and what they need, the awareness of democracy has never been so fully and widely spreaded,  so I say, as long as we have a peaceful and harmony society , we should be more pragmatic about this, after all, China has its own characteristics, and we should never fall into the US government's human right trick game.
