cure shoulder pain

* sit in a good wary, not let you backbone bent, try to keep your backbone in a shape of "S".
* do not weigh your upper body down on your arms, do use your backbone to bear the weight.
* take a rest every 30 minutes, not sit there for a whole morning or afternoon.
* stretch your body when you want, which do help you.
