dear, skipper--you're GOOD & you have my vote!  regardless what china's today...it's advantage/benefit to know another language not like us americanos (don't know jack) .  i believe it's good anmunition 2have to protect oneself.  doncha agree? btw how's the weather like in galligan?  pj tran

Ah, these are people I do business with, their families and their children are prioritizing Chinese (Mandarin, not Cantonese), over English.

But you are right, English is the most popular language taught in Korea right now.

wow!  i'm glad too hear that & you have a home to go back too...we don't have our homes in saigon anymore (they confiscated the minute that we left) .  i was there with my guyanese ex-wife few years ago (they've converted my parents homes to some sort of agencies to help the migrants from the north to find job & shelter.  but anyway my brothers & sisters we plan to purchase properties either in vn/china for our parents to vaca during the winter seasons here.  there you go...melting pot.   take care, skipper!  your us pal
