On a bridge you are attracted to the scenery and
while enjoying it,
you are unaware that you become part of the scenes with the bridge when
being looked down from an opened window above which is
tinted by the silver moonlight, yet
all the moon is doing tonight is to make up a dream of which you will be a part.

I like the poem very much. Just for fun:-)

Standing on a bridge,
You are taking a view of your scenery
People in the scenery are watching theirs
Where stand you and the bridge.
The bright moon is your window's decoration
Just like you're many a person decorating other people's dreams.

This piece of poem is made for fun. The verses display a succession of pictures taken by the same camera that moves away to shoot from close-up to distant scenes. Here is a plain-English explanation of the Chinese verses:

1) You stand on a bridge and are fascinated by the scenery.
2) A second viewer appears who is looking at both you and the bridge as part of a larger scene from behind a window.
3) The moonlight tints the window through which a larger view of the scenery is provided (to the second viewer).
4) You, the moon (shining on many windows), impress the viewers behind all these windows that in dream they see the same scenery once again.

I got it from the original. Your "plain English version" confirms my interpretation.

There's a fascinating "zoom-back" quality to the succession of images.

This part is a little awkward, though

…when
being looked down from an opened window above which is
tinted by the silver moonlight…
looked down upon is better

Maybe a slight alteration would work:

On a bridge you are attracted to the scenery and
while enjoying it,
you are unaware that you become part of the scene with the bridge when
being looked down upon from an opened window above
which is tinted by the silver moonlight, yet
all the moon is doing tonight is to make up a dream of which you will be a part.

Doesn't matter. I still like it! :)

try again

I've got it~!;-)
You're standing on a bridge, viewing your scenery, in the eyes of people in your secenery.
Bright moon looks like a decoration to your window in the dreams of people where you're part of it.
