Shui is the archetypal character; it has all kind of strokes in it, and is considered the hardest to write according to calligraphers.

And most of the time, the characters with just a few strokes are the most difficult to write, at least if you want them to look good. Three different characters prove my point: 巳,已,己.

爱 is easy because it has four components: 爫 (zhǎo) 'hand', 冖 (mì) 'cover',  心 (xīn), and 友 yǒu 'friend'; it doesn't matter if you don't draw such characters perfectly, because they have so much information that they are easily recognized anyway.

Liangzai, it is not a fake character though you can not find it in your dictionary.

As for the logo, i have no idea.  It gives me an impression of a Chinese traditional doctor.

Well, anyone is free to "invent" a new character, but if they are not in a dictionary they are not real. "Biang" is not a Chinese norpheme anyway.

OK...

If "invention" is prohibited, we have to "borrow" the words from "standard“ Chinese dictionary.

Wondering how many Chinese can understand what this means:

汏手间勒勒何里耷?
