in my view , the price of house in most city of china is abnormal ! The young people can not afford the price single !

for example : the most young people like me , have good education and have worked  4-5 years ,my  salary is 4000RMB per month , if I married and my wife take a same salary ,our total income is 8000 rmb per month , how can we afford the price :8000-10000rmb /meter ? did we need to search support from our parents?

Rmb8,000 - 9,000 psm....so buy a unit with size of 50 m2.....HOng Kong or Japan sized apartments!
or buy outside the city, in the suburb for less...
and commute to work!

YOu earn as much as Mr. Zhang in my story above! (i think that is the average DINK university educated income in major cities)
IN Malaya, most couples start to have their first home at age 30!
I bought my first car at age of 28!
ie. i worked almost 4 years to own my first car, and 6 years for 1st home - in a satellite surburb of Kuala Lumpur! (I first bought it for Rmb300,000 and now it is worth Rmb750,000.....only 13 years old....)

Real estate developers aren't stupid...
They wouldn't build and price their apartments beyond affordablity..
There must be people out there earning Rmb20,000 a month to be able to pay Rmb800,000 for a 100m2 apartment! (This is Malaya normal sized apartments), and their demand is maintaining the prices.....there must be a lot of entrepreneurs now in China's major cities....

When i first started to do my own business at age of 32...i made triple my old monthly salary..i was quite surprised!

Do not OVERSTRETCHED your ability to repay loans.....
Save more money, earn from more sources..
example, salary, dividend/capital appreciation from savings!

The Pressure to excel is stressful, wouldn't you agree?

maybe the REAL ESTATE developer encourages MARRIAGES....ha ha ha

Well, if you and your wife make Rmb8,000 together and manage to save 50% of your incomes!(That's what i did, when i was young...and i did some part time work as well...selling spare parts to textiles firms)

Then in 6 years...you'll save...Rmb300,000....

YOu buy a 90 sq.m apartment in city center....Rmb800,000....
you pay 30% downpayment....
you borrow Rmb560,000.....

You'll have to pay monthly mortgage, maybe around Rmb4,000 a month.....
Wow! you got to really LOVE your wife...ha ha ha

NOte: i'll opt for that apartment in a satellite town...and buy a Geely QQ car to commute to work!

Tell you a secret....

..if you have brothers and cousins...make a pact....

buy your first home with the combine income of 3 -4 family member....
pay cash....
buy one every 2 years...
and then you will own a home without the mortgage interest loans!

ha ha ha

But the banks and authorities wouldn't be too happy with this suggestion.......
their banks will not have much profit!
