He was talking about the web-link that grace supplied. It is all in Chinese, so it makes it rather difficult for Japanese to contribute, doesn't it? Or is there a Japanese version he can use if there is no English one?

Or is it not supposed to be for Japanese at all, just for Chinese so they can ask some questions - and then have answers sent later?

If that website linked to is only for people that can read and write in Chinese, then surely there is another site linked to it for Japanese-writers. Is there?

Well, it's certainly good for the Chinese and Japanese to have a platform for direct discussion. But I wonder if foreigners are allowed in? If they are allowed in then I think we'll have problems here!
Well, just look the forum here, under the section on Japan, and discussion on topics related to relationship between the Chinese and the Japanese, foreigners keep coming in to disrupt the forum. The reasons being that they lack understanding on diificult issues at hand. What's more the intention of these foreigners are not for the improving ties between the two peoples, rather they intend to sow hatred, suspicions and creating more misunderstanding between them.
Furthermore, just look at the number of posts they sent, far outnumber than those people (Japanese) who are directly involved in the issues discussed , e.g. Yasukuni skrine, textbook, war crimes and etc. Moreover they would  talk so presumptously as though they are the appointed spokepersons for the Japanese govt. to address the issues concerned and thus making the process for meaningful and fruitful discussion very difficult.
Therefore, I hope no BUSYBODY foreigners are allowed in, so that we can have a peaceful environment and achieve greater understanding between the two peoples. And thus peaceful solutions can be reached more quickly for resolving difficult issues that are affecting the relationship between the two peoples.

JUST WHY WOULD WE ALLOW BUSYBODY INTO a discussion where they are NOT INVOLVED , have little knowledge or understanding of the whole situation and absolutely no good comments offerred?!

Can we prepare a PEST-FREE environment before we start?
