     A very good science fiction writer once wrote, "All the stories in life have been written, they just repeat themselves."  What was reported sounds like the same story repeated over the years in different countries at different times.  Theme is usually the same:

     A tourist with a limited or biased view of the country they are visiting are confronted with a different image and is unable to cope with it.
