Is it not that way?

Happens everywhere. If u can do something, u must be greater than God.

Large gap may not be so bad.. as long as the general population is well off.  A society of average well-off citizens will tolerate large income gaps between the average and the super rich.

Russia got into trouble because the oligarchs were super super rich while the generation population was really really poor.
Japan is ok because the general population is ok, same for USA although that is slowly becoming not true.

If China can raise the living level of the general population, large income gaps should not be an issue.

it is very difficult to eliminate this gap by current official system. to be frank, it is a hard work to any country making 1.3 billion people enjoy a good social issurance system.  nevertheless, current dark political system is another issue which prevents to eliminate this poor and rich gap. all above lead poor to poorer, rich to richer unless by a war.

But ,in china who pay the tax according to the regulations ?

Not the government staff ,not the really rich person .

So most of the tax is paid by the common people in china .
