Thanks all of you, Liangzai, Novablue etc. I finally accessed it at home, you are right. It is removed from the "Great Firewall", and it is the ISP's firewall that prevents me from accessing it. The term "Great Firewall" is so funny and I burst into laughter when I read it. Have you guys noticed it?

Actually it might still be the GFW... it isn't a single router, but has many nodes, and they can be configured individually. What it does is simply to either block certain IPs, spoof certain IPs, soft-block certain addresses (but not IPs) or send termination packets when a filtered word occurs in a context. Very sophisticated, but in all essence useless.
