In University??

Sex Education should be implemented at the stage of middle school (beginning of teenage years). We are in modern times I dont think people in University still needs sex education. This should have been touched upon long before that time. Sex should not be taboo anymore in China people need to seriously get with the modern times or get rid of all western products completely to segregate this type of thinking or early behavior.

Right... even before the teen years, because it is then it all happens, at least to most. If it doesn't happen, it will still happen with yourself, or will cause you to feel a bit unusual. Might be good to know what it is all about.

Of course, most kids already know this stuff looooooong before they enter their teens, but there is plenty of oppotunity for erroneous learning on this subject, if the sources are wrong. Porn is educational, but too much of it is just too raw to be any good for inexperienced kids. Therefore, they need good guidance from authorized sources. I believe many Chinese schools already do teach about sex in school.

To begin teaching at university is wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too late.

When you are a virgin even in University don't feel pressured in pleasing your partner perhaps the wrong way. I hear from University students that they actual consider finding a Prostitute to learn about sex so they are 'good' at it with their partner. That doesn't make it natural and also gives your virginity to someone not worth receiving. Do it the natural way...at teenage years...not when your a full grown adult.
