I don't agree with you. If you don't love the job,you will not motivity to do the job well.In my opinion, you can do your job well and do it breezily when you are doing the job you love. Finding a job that is loved by you is important.
Above is only my individual idea.

do what you want

As a freshman in a new company,first you should realize your position .
I don't think doing more ,talking less is the best ideal.
We do the right thing ,maybe lack of experience,but can learn from work.

i dont know whether i am still a freshhand,last july 1,i left school,and come to this company-a small one but have a lot leader!i have to do things meaningless and say nothing a day!seems they never speak!do things or surfing the net!its a national-owned one!though the pay is not low!but the astomeshpere is not good!one year past now!still i am a freshhand!what should i do! can anyone give suggestion!
