Hehe, that is already the ideal sleep hours for one who has a problem of falling asleep.

As long as you are not tired and healthy, go on with it.

I say Great as Buddha Sakyamuni sleeps only 4 hours each day.

Wonder how you get to know that Buddha Sakyamuni also sleep, and sleep for only 4 hours each day.

NOw he does n't even sleep as he watches over us.

I think my monk did mention that once
and Monk Sakyamuni at that time meditate most of the time.

One good thing i read is Monk Sakyamuni will always clock in(remember mentally) his time to wake up b4 going to sleep and always wake up on time.

So you are like Buddha Sakyamuni.

bacically everyday sleep at 12 ,and be woken at 7 am by my roommate, and 1 hour noon nap,hahha
always feel very tired all day.to sleep early and get up early is good for your health ...
