Everyone in China has deep sense about this problem when you may have to spend as much as
0.6~1 million yuan for a single 100 m*m  house.  What's really make you feel bad is the officials still
insist  that there's nothing wrong. The real estate industry is now the one with the highest profits.
When the salary is far away from the developed country's, our house price is so close to theirs.

we are facing ceiling prices, not not ceiling prices, but sky-high prices, of houses but are making floor money, no either, we are making underground money instead of ground money.

Thats always something I question. Why are the Chinese real-estate price nearly as high or more in some cases than western lots??? Sure Imported automobiles I can understand but what the hell does the houses have to be compared in Imported or 'international prices'?? Are the houses imported too or something?? Bullshit...1 millino RMB is far higher in comparison than in the west of even 200,000 USD for a house. Average peoples annual income in China at the moment is 15,000 RMB while US income annually for middle class can stretch 40,000 to 80,000USD if both parents work. 15,000 anually - House near 500,000 - 1,000,000 RMB=China     40,000 -80,000 USD - House around 200,000 - 250,000 USD=U.S.A

You wonder why Chinese people save more....
