:) I am a "stupid" American who has not been to China.

In my ignorance I have a vague idea that Shanghai is more fun than
other cities in China.

But do people in China think of Shanghai as "the most fun" to visit (or live in)?

I do plan to visit (or move to) China some day ....
... and I'm really interested in where all the fun is?

If you know, please tell me. :)

Shanghai is a "fancy city"...

...which would turn your dream into reality if you work hard, smart, and, don't forget, plus luck...

Fun? depends on what fun you are looking for...

hi..

I went to Shanghai for vacation earlier this year and my sum up is this..

Depends on what you like. Shanghai people are more used to foreigners than most provinces in China. Shanghai is westernized.. it's like a larger version of Singapore.. It's more convenient when it comes to night crawlers(lol).

For me, It's a great place for a vacation, shopping.. and I miss Shanghai every weekend.. but life is expensive compared to many other provinces..

If you love her, send her to Shanghai...

...and if you hate her, send her to Shanghai too...
