i think it's better to leave the moral teaching business to education experts.

who, when, where, whom

Don't you think what is expressed in the list of Do's and Don'ts ( or in CaringHK's words--the Eight Precepts) is mainly universal values ? If it was said in different situation by a different person, do you have the feelings of political sense?

To be it's more like the ABC in moral lessons.
I remember President Hu spoke to the ex-Chief Executive Tung Chee-hwa of HK SAR and the rest of the government were asked to reflect on the past. That's strong expression.

don't you know this list of moral teachings only makes sense in chinese characters?

when translated into English, it looks very kindergartenly!

And what good is it even if it still makes sense to the ordinary Chinese?. They have been simply fed up with one after another blunder of this advanced species.......
