Is that really Chairman back?

Is this the old good/bad Chairman we loved so much?

I do not put all my eggs in one basket.

33% in home and real estate
33% safe investments and bank
33% stocks  - medium to high risk

slow but sure way

Investment

I recommend investing in a mixed portfolio, the shape of which will change as you grow older.
Secure fixed interest insturments e.g. bonds should come to the foregound as you near your retirement age.
Properties is too illiquid for me, and it is demonstrated in many western countries that the yield is not better than investing in stocks.
That said, it is not uniquely Chinese to over-invest in properties, happens everywhere in the world. Land is a peculiar item in micro-economics' supply and demand. I guess it is just human.
