I never been up CN tower...

the city layout is very much like north America's cities! So this can not be in China. But I don't see all the highrises, if this is CN tower I should at least able to see some highrises. I don't see any train tracks. I don't see any highways/flyovers. So this can't be Toronto. Is this in Calgary? or Vancouver?

I will also lean toward Canada. I'm no US expert, but my impression from the US cities I know, there would be other tall buildings around if you are so high. The unusual thing about this pic is that the observation deck (if it is a building) is so high, yet everything else around it is so low.

Maybe I'll change my mind..... is it the Seattle Space Needle, looking *away* from the city?
I am not rich.  :L
