Chairman

You posts are too damn long!
Can they be short and sweet in the future?
Life is too short.

This is a classic chairman post

Some people have a sense of humor and some people don't.
Some people can write and some people can't.

It is rare when the two come together.

Well that's much clearer now.

I was always wondering what the cops in the States meant - especially the ones with the looong, Southerrrn Drawwwl - "You have the rat to remain salent. Anythin ya say can 'n will be used agenst ya"

Still confusing though is what one does if one does not have the rat. Does that mean they can't be silent? Can that be used in court in the States? "Yar onna, when they 'rested me they diden give me ma rats." Which glaringly begs the question "Is it a law in the States that police provide rats for those they arrest?

It is obvious what they mean though when they say "Ya have a rat to an 'turney" although I often hear it slightly differently.

Oh well, as the saying goes, "when ya's rat, ya's rat."

And what about the rats of the unborn - fetus rats I think they call them. Why all the concern?

In Texas....they even have a RAT of WAY.......

Is that sort of like in Guangzhou where pedestrians have the rat to get out of the way?
