XX can be said as to expanding its territory by everything possible. Take the well-known Chongniao reef, only a small reef above the sea water, there should not have any exclusive economic zone for it. In order to obtain 200 miles of EEZ,  XX wantonly made the reef to be an island by pouring large quantity of concrete.
On the East Ocean Issue, it can be expected that China will have to face a long lasting war against the expansion strategy from XX. the East Ocean issue

XX can be said as to expanding its territory from its neighbours by every means possible.
Take the well-known Chongniao reef, only a small reef above the sea water which there should not have any relative exclusive economic zone, has been heightened as so-call an inland by piling quantity of concrete by XX  just in order to obtain the 200 miles of EEZ arround it.
On the East China Ocean Issue, it can be expected that China will face a lasting uphill battle against the expansion territory strategy from XX.
