hello. nodrog!

I am a Chinese. I like english much. but i am lack of self confidence. my question is how to email a foreigner for a request politly, such as , to ask for some questions on english study or something else. once I, as a stranger, emailed a foreigner english teacher three weeks ago, but now i still have not gotten his reply. maybe you can tell me something about how to write a polite letter. thanks.

there may be some other reasons!

He didn't reply you. There may have nothing to do with the pliteness.
Maybe there is sth wrong with network.

When writing e-mails or letters, be brief, concise.
