I didn't realize it was the best one.  I recently bought a computer from MUZE and this dictionary came bundled with the computer.  It helps a lot for translating individual words, although it sometimes has a bad habit of popping up all the time, even when I don't need it!  Thanks, it's nice to know I already have one of the best desktop e-dictionaries.
