不是真的“大哥(eldest brother )”,是社会上一般对中青年男子的称呼,怎么比较合适地翻译成英语呢?英美人有没有类似的称呼方式啊?

The word [friends] will do.

I believe you should never translate the 大哥 you defined here into brother.  [My friends] will do.  The English equivalent to your definition (大哥) is definitely not brother.  I believe [gentlemen] or [sirs] will also do.
