Why not organize an English Club?

That sounds pretty good!But how should we start the plan.Different regions,different time.These problem really exsit .So,please show your opinion,maybe you can lead us to do and i will  support you.

Different cities can organize their own club,they can exchange experience
aperiodically via internet or other means.
To create an English Club,3-4 organizers are needed,I think,cause they will discuss so many things,such as:
1.The name of the club
2.The solgan of the club
3.The purpose of the club
4.The duty and responsibility of each member
5.The time,place,topic for each activity

Since I'm in Beijing,and the other organizers is better in the same
city with me.

as all u said above ,organizing an English club is actually a benifitful thing,but the most important thing is how to , i have some advice
1.elect a leader
2.be up to the first activity,now ,we need to act it not  thinking over in the office
