What is the difference between too much and much too and how to use the two phrases?

much too much about much!

too much
adjective: being excessive or unreasonable;  "In retrospect the elaborate preparations seemed too much"; "This is entirely too much!"
adverb: more than necessary, excessively; "He worries too much"

much too
Extremely, excessively
"It was much too hot to cook inside, so we went outside and barbecued hamburgers for supper."
"I think that the tuition fee is much too high."
"The food was much too spicy."
