I agree

Its hard to stay on a diet. I would love to lose 15-20 pounds.  Anyone have any good diets they could recommend?

keep health method....

i thank milk is good for health,and eat more fruits,vegetable and so on,

the more important is taking more sports......

The food you recommended...

are mostly expensive imported stuff.

a kilo of oranges costs RMB 16 per kilo.

Cereal - another very expensive imported breakfast item.

How about finding some local substitutes ?

Like: white cabbage, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, rice porridge, cauliflower, tomato, mushroom, egg.

I like fish. hehe

I like eating fish from my little age.I think why I am so much like fish is because my father often goes fishing.I can often eat many kinds of fish.

don't think more about on diet!

there are so much kinds of diet! but i suggest  is that we must have meal on schedule.and take the meal as usual as daily.fruits,vegetables..ect ,is the nutrition for all our body don't take to much.then exercise is the method to keep we fit.

it's unfair that some people become fatter through drink of  water,and other want to be fat for take anything in vain

I agree with you!!! One meal a day is sufficient!!!

To be free from disease or illness!!! One meal is enough!!! I always like the mountains, fresh air, lovely scenaries, sometimes sunshine,sometimes snowing....cows or yaks by the grass,rivers flowing
to the sea.....

In food,there is Yin&Yang properties. So a good mix is essential.
Pls try to read Food for Good health by Prof. Lu(a chinese canadian).
Some facts are from the Emperor material medica long ago.....

Good life in the mountains.....where fairies lives.....
